Booking Details

Free pick up service is available at Thongsala Pier for three day bookings plus otherwise 100 Baht per person.
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
The deposit payment required is to cover 40% of the booking.
All Villa prices EXCLUDE BREAKFAST.
All prices INCLUDE VAT, Taxes and Service Charges.
Young children sharing a bed with parents are free of charge.
Baby cots are available at 200 Baht a night for Children up to 2 years old (800 Baht per week and 2,500 Baht per month).
Cleaning is provided every 2nd day for daily rates - linen / bed change by request.
For monthly rates cleaning is once per week and any extra cleaning is 200 Baht per villa per clean.
Wi-Fi is available at the villa free of charge.
Single ring gas rings for cooking plus a gas bottle are available at 300 Baht per refill.
There is a Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee cups, plates, spoons, forks, knifes etc.
Rates exclude food and drink, personal items and expenses and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing due to spillages etc) or any replacements or breakages.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but is allowed in all out door areas.
UBC Satellite TV can be connected to a villa and the rental is from 1,500 Baht per month.

Minimum Stay and Restrictions

Full Moon: A minimum stay of 3 nights.
Christmas: A minimum stay of 5 nights.
New Year: A minimum stay of 7 nights.
Full moon week is defined as the day of the full moon plus the three days before and after the full moon.
Maximum occupancy is 3 people per 1 bedroom Villa and 5 per 2 bedroom villa (plus any baby cots).
Room Rate is for 2 people sharing a bedroom - an extra person in each bedroom will be charged 500 Baht per night, 2,000 Baht per week and 5,000 Baht per month. (max 1 extra guest per villa).
The peak season minthly rate is only available for bookings of 4 months or more. For bookings of less than 4 months the daily rate is applied in the peak season.
